Hello and happy Sunday. As a quick programming note, there will not be a recap of today’s series finale between the San Francisco Giants and Chicago Cubs, but I highly encourage the Giants to win.
If you consume baseball media, then you’re probably fairly familiar with the artist known as Jomboy. Jomboy takes interesting moments in MLB games, and breaks them down with short videos that range from humorous to hilarious.
I can say with great certainty that Jomboy would be listed on the most wanted criminals list if Rob Manfred were heading the FBI, and that’s the highest compliment that can be given to a baseball person.
Anyway, Jomboy broke down Mike Tauchman’s robbery of Albert Pujols’ would-be walk-off home run, which gave the Giants a thrilling win over the Los Angeles Dodgers, and set off a current run of seven wins in eight games.
It’s fun to watch.
UPDATE: This article was written and scheduled prior to Jomboy taking to social media to defend one of his employee’s racist tweets. I apologize nonetheless.
Old, random MCC article for you to read
