Hello and happy Monday.
On Sunday, the San Francisco Giants moved right-handed pitcher Aaron Sanchez from the 10-day Injured List to the 60-day one. The move was made to clear space on the 40-man roster for right-handed pitcher John Brebbia, who was activated.

RHP Aaron Sanchez transferred to the 60-day Injured List.
LHP Conner Menez optioned postgame yesterday to triple-A Sacramento.
Sanchez’s initial IL placement was retroactive to May 5, so he’ll be eligible to come off the 60-day IL in early July. He’s had 6 starts this year, and is sporting a 3.18 ERA and 3.88 FIP, with 24 strikeouts to 10 walks in 28.1 innings. The Giants could potentially have a starter logjam down the road when he and Logan Webb return from injury, especially if Sammy Long continues to pitch so well.
