The San Francisco Giants have a chance to win a four-game road series. That’s a very good thing and I would like to encourage them to do it.
Jon Lester was initially lined up to start for the Nationals opposite Johnny Cueto, and I was excited to lead with a tidbit about how it’s a battle of former aces that the Giants threw money at half a decade ago. Instead, we get Joe Ross.
But still Cueto.

Enjoy the baseball, friends. And enjoy the breakfast. Enjoy the breakfast with the baseball, and hopefully enjoy a mimosa or seven (one for every inning of Rob Manfred’s horrific doubleheaders).
Go Giants.
