Hello and happy Sunday. It’s the final Sunday of April, to which I say HOW?!
Anyway, if you missed Friday’s San Francisco Giants game, you might have missed that Buster Posey became the first player in franchise history to catch 1,000 games.

That is so many games (1,000, to be exact). It’s well over six seasons worth of games at the most grueling position in baseball.
Ultimately, it won’t be Posey’s greatest accomplishment or what he’s remembered for, or anything close to it. But that’s just a testament to the things that he has done, and, if the first month of the season is any indication, the things that he’ll continue to do.
It’s still a pretty awesome stat though.
Old, random MCC article for you to read

What time do the Giants play today?
The Giants play the Marlins today at 1:05 p.m.
I hope you all have a really great Sunday.
