The San Francisco Giants are in the middle of their first four-game series of the year, and they’ve done exactly what you’d want through two games: they’ve won twice. The Giants are up 2-0 in the series, and have guaranteed a split, but now there’s blood in the water, and they’re going for a series win. Or maybe even a sweep?
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Or maybe let’s do exactly that.
The Giants are reeling a tiny bit with injuries, but they’ll be sending Kevin Gausman to the mound, and that always breeds optimism. They’ve also got a few bats that feel on the verge of breaking out, so let’s hope that happens.
