Hello and happy Wednesday.

On Tuesday, it was reported that the San Francisco Giants have plans to increase attendance at the ballpark. The team is hoping to increase attendance every month, and one immediate way to do that is by creating areas of the park that are not socially distanced, solely for people who have been fully vaccinated.

In a report for the San Francisco Chronicle, Susan Slusser noted that kids 16 years old or younger will be admitted in the vaccinated sections if they provide a recent negative coronavirus case. Slusser also reported that about 60% of Giants season ticket holders are fully vaccinated, and with that number on the rise, it’s safe to assume that there’s a quickly growing pool of people who would like to attend Giants games.

The Giants have only had six home games so far, but have a lot of compelling matchups coming up on the schedule.
