Who is the 43rd-best prospect in the Giants system?

We’ve made it to the penultimate chapter of the 2021 Willie McCovey Memorial Community Prospect List. There are only two names left until we have ranked the top 44 prospects in the San Francisco Giants system.

Coming in at No. 42 is a player who has been opening eyes at Spring Training: infielder Jason Vosler. The Giants surprisingly signed Vosler, a 27 year old with no MLB experience, to a Major League deal over the offseason. The organization said he would play a big role this year, but the addition of Tommy La Stella makes it hard to envision a spot on the roster for Vosler.

He’s been doing his best to force the issue though, as he’s hit 10-28 with 3 doubles, 1 triple, and 1 stolen base so far in the Cactus League. He may not play a big role, but it seems very likely that we’ll see Vosler on the Giants a little bit this year.

Now let’s find the second to last name on the list.
