Hello and happy Sunday.
The San Francisco Giants play a baseball game today. Let me say that again, because it’s beautiful to write, read, and hear: The San Francisco Giants play a baseball game today.
Ahh, that’s lovely.
The Giants take on the Los Angeles Angels in their first of 28 Cactus League games before the actual games start. And even though the outcome of the game isn’t meaningful, the fact that Giants baseball is happening is.
Conner Menez will be taking the mound for the Giants, and we’ll likely see a mix of veterans you’ve missed and youngsters you’re interested in. You can listen on radio, or catch the Angels broadcast on MLB TV. First pitch is slated for 12:05 p.m. PT.
Enjoy the baseball. Or at the very least, enjoy that there is baseball.
