We officially have a top 30 in the 2021 Willie McCovey Memorial Community Prospect List. 30 San Francisco Giants prospects ranked, 14 more to go.
Rounding out the top 30 is 24-year old right-handed pitcher Jake Wong, the Giants third-round selection in the 2018 MLB Draft. Wong won yet another close round, with 26% of the vote. All five nominees received at least 15% of the vote.
It’s a drop of 10 spots for Wong, who finished tied for No. 20 in the 2020 CPL.
Also it’s nomination day, so be sure to leave a comment with a player you want to see on Wednesday’s CPL, and recommend the names you agree with.
