Hello and happy Friday.

MLB has announced game times for the upcoming 2021 season, and while that is normally an incredibly boring affair, it does come with an important note for the San Francisco Giants. The Giants season-opener, which takes place on April 1, on the road, against the Seattle Mariners, has been moved from a day game to a night game. It will now start at 7:10 p.m. PT.

So prepare to stay up late on a Thursday to get your season-opening Giants fix. Or don’t stay up late, and read about it the next morning on your favorite Giants website as long as it’s this one.
