Hey, the San Francisco Giants won a series opener for the first time all year, which means they’re in prime position to win a series for the first time all year.
A solid idea, I say.

Notes
Brotherly love: For the first time in their professional careers, brothers Tyler and Scott Heineman will play in the same MLB game. They also met with umpires prior to the start of the game, in place of the standard manager meeting.

Kapler said Heineman brothers will meet before the game for lineup exchange (they don't exchange cards this year, but do go over ground rules with umpires). Rangers manager Chris Woodward came up with idea. Kapler talked to Tyler about how cool this will be for their parents.
