Did Barry Bonds hit a home run today?
He sure did.
June 27, 1997: Against the Colorado Rockies, Bonds hit a solo home run in the 8th inning off of Mike Munoz. It gave the Giants a 4-1 lead, and they would win 6-3. It was his 18th homer of the year.
June 27, 2003: Against the Oakland A’s, Bonds hit a solo home run in the 6th inning off of Ted Lilly. It gave the Giants a 4-0 lead, and they would win 6-0. It was his 21st homer of the year.
June 27, 2004: Against the Oakland A’s, Bonds hit a solo home run in the 4th inning off of Mark Redman. It tied the game 1-1, and the Giants would win 5-2. It was his 19th homer of the year.
