We are into the 40’s, which means it’s almost Spring Training time. Who are going to be the last few to sneak onto this list? I’m just going to point out that there are two names on our current list of candidates who are in the Baseball America Top 30, which I believe may be unheard of in CPL history. While the upper parts of the list are often the obscure, low percentage chances, at the very least this is an indication of a deeper farm system this far down.
