Who is the fifth-best prospect in the Giants farm system?

The first three Community Prospect Lists were slight formalities. While they weren’t unanimous selections, you could have pretty safely guessed who would win each one, and the results reflected it, with the winners earning 77%, 65%, and 69% of the vote.

And then the fun started.

Finishing fourth in the CPL is the same person who finished fourth a year ago: outfielder Hunter Bishop. But his victory was far less clear, as he earned 40% of the vote in a five-name field. That’s still a solid victory, but a sign that the margins are likely to be tight from here on out. So let’s get back into it.

Also, it’s nomination day, so please wade into the comments if you have feelings on who should be included in CPL #6.

The list so far

  1. Marco Luciano
  2. Joey Bart
  3. Heliot Ramos
  4. Hunter Bishop

Let’s find a fifth player.
