Good morning, McCoven!
You might think you’re the biggest Giants fan. Perhaps you have a whole bookshelf dedicated to bobbleheads, or an entire room filled with memorabilia. Maybe you named a pet after a Giants player, or even a child. Or maybe you even got a tattoo. But Anthony Carmichael of Sacramento might just have you beat.
He and his wife Lanissa got married earlier this year, and he opted to wear a Giants jersey under his tux, to forever include his favorite baseball team with what will surely be one of the most memorable days of his life.
It’s in my blood even on my wedding day ♂️ #sfgiants pic.twitter.com/KqCJ1DQIuM

If you’re wondering what his wife thought about it, according to SF Gate, Lanissa was amused but not surprised, noting that it wouldn’t have really been his wedding too if he hadn’t.
Carmichael wore an Andrew McCutchen jersey, opting not to wear his Brandon Crawford jersey because it was signed and he didn’t want to risk it getting messed up on the big day. And the couple ultimately received congratulations from the team after the photo made the rounds on Twitter.
Congrats!
