Good morning, McCoven! And Happy Fourth of July. Or possibly Fourth of Kawhi, depending on what news has come out from the NBA free agency scene since this was written.
Sadly, the Giants do not play today, but that might just be for the best. Since 2010, the Giants are 1-7 in games they’ve played on the Fourth of July, winning only in 2016 (and not playing on that day in 2013). So, you know, it’s probably better that they get to spend that time with their families.
Which we hope you’ll get to do as well! I hope you have a fun and safe day, and that you get to eat ALL of the things. And if I can add one PSA: Don’t take your pets with you to see fireworks. You’d think that would be common sense, but based on my experiences every year, that is not the case.
