Farhan Zaidi leads the Giants into the future starting tonight with the 2019 MLB Draft. Who will they take at #10? Check out our full draft coverage via this story stream, including the latest mock drafts by industry insiders.

If you have cable or the appropriate DirectTV Now subscription, MLB Network airs the first two rounds tonight beginning at 4pm (coverage started at 3pm). Tuesday and Wednesday will be covered from the basement of the MLB offices (I’m guessing — it’s a much less impressive studio) and stream on

Tonight’s coverage will feature Harold Reynolds, who’s there for reasons unknown. So, if you just want to skip the TV coverage and watch it all unfold below in the comments, go right ahead. Roger will also come along with post-pick analysis this evening. We’ll cover tomorrow’s picks tomorrow night, and Wednesday’s thirty picks will get their feature(s) on Thursday.

In the meantime, if you’re a Twitter user and you’re not already following him, Henry Schulman of the Chronicle is actually there at the MLB Network studio, sending some behind the scenes info out to the Twitter masses. He relayed the following:

I can’t imagine what it’s like to lose a spouse, but I can’t imagine tonight will be a happy night for Michael Holmes, no matter who the Giants draft. It’s a terrible tragedy and it’s something to keep in mind when the Giants do draft someone we never considered or just seems like a questionable pick. Ultimately, there are far more important things to consider.

But back to the draft...

Also consider following this Twitter list created by the indispensable Giants Prospects account:

You might learn of the picks before the rest of us. That would make you very cool.
