Last night certainly was a night for channel surfing Bay Area sports. The San Jose Sharks were victorious, and the Golden State Warriors were also victorious in a game where Stephen Curry dislocated a finger and was apparently back in the game almost immediately.

But that’s okay, we knew how this season was going to play out. It’s not great when it’s the Dodgers, but it’s hard to blame a fifth place team for playing like, well, a fifth place team.
And it’s not like there is no good news to be found in Giants land. Our old pal, NLCS winner, and all around Forever Good Giant Michael Morse is coming back to the organization. Well, kind of.

Morse will be joining the NBC Sports Bay Area team as an analyst for the pre and post game shows. And considering how his baseball career ended, I vote that Hunter Strickland should have to pay his salary. It only seems fair.
