Bryan talked about re-watching the 2014 World Series Film in yesterday’s BP and it got me thinking about which game is my favorite to go back and re-visit. I often see you guys either on here or on Twitter talk about re-watching games. I’ve never found that I have the patience for that. Once I know the outcome of a game, sitting and re-watching it in its entirety is a bit tedious. I’ve never felt compelled to re-watch a playoff series or even a full game. I usually pull up highlights.

I’ve pretty much only ever re-watched Matt Cain’s perfect game and both of Tim Lincecum’s no-hitters. Obviously I know the outcome, but the enjoyable part for me is watching just how absurdly right everything had to go in order for them to have the outcomes they did.

Honestly, we’ve been spoiled with an abundance of great games in the last decade. Four no-hitters, a perfect game, three World Series championships. So many great moments to choose from.

What are some of your favorite games to re-watch and why?
