How lucky are we to have two World Series in a row go to seven games? That’s three of the last four, we’re blessed with an abundance of absurdity.
Of course, for those of you actively rooting against the Dodgers, this may not be fun for you. But as someone who no longer cares who wins and is just here for the ride, the prospect of Game 7 in this series sure is a lot of fun to consider.
Can it top Game 5? Can it top Game 7 from last year? Common sense says no, but this series has been bananas, so we can’t rule it out.
Game 7 starts tonight at 5:00(ish) pm on Fox and will feature a match-up of Lance McCullers, Jr. and Yu Darvish. However, since Madison Bumgarner broke postseason pitching norms, we know that all rules go out the window tonight, so expect there to be a short leash on each if they struggle early.
