The San Francisco Giants drafted Pat Misch in the 7th round of the 2003 draft and he made 38 appearances and 11 starts for the Giants between 2006-2009 with a 5.20 ERA. The Mets claimed him off waivers that season.

Now in the Chinese Professional Baseball League (Taiwan's top pro league), Misch threw a no-hitter on Sunday night in Game 7 of their championship series to win the title for the Lamigo Monkeys.
