Richmond: RP Cody Hall: 1.0 IP, 1 K
Harris hit a two-run HR in the 4th inning, and his defensive replacement Horan added a 2-RBI triple in the 8th inning before scoring himself. The Flying Squirrels managed just four hits, but two of those hits each scored a pair of runs. Tomlinson was one of three Squirrels to reach base twice.
Stratton had perhaps the best start of his pro career, facing just three batters over the minimum in 6.0 scoreless IP. He threw 87 pitches (52 strikes). Hall pitched a perfect 9th inning to cement the series. The Squirrels will face the winner of the Binghamton-Portland series, which goes to a decisive fifth game tomorrow.
