Friday highlight from the Giants' farm: Ty Blach had 6.1 scoreless IP.

Tomlinson had a single in the 1st inning, an RBI single in the 3rd inning, and a two-out triple in the 8th inning.  He had three of the Flying Squirrels' seven hits and is hitting nearly .500 (6 for 13) in the series.  Delfino was the only other Squirrel to reach base twice.

Blach, who had 7.0 scoreless IP in his last regular season start, had another 6.1 scoreless IP tonight.  In both starts, he has allowed just 2 H.  He departed after 90 pitches (57 strikes) and with two runners on base.
