Tomlinson had three of the Flying Squirrels' four hits (all singles), improving his AVG to .263. He also had his 46th SB and 15th error.
Snodgrass had one of his least effective starts this year. He has allowed 6 ER in three of his last seven starts, but his season ERA remains below 4.00 after he was so stingy in April and May with a sub-2.00 ERA.
A+: San Jose defeated Modesto 3-2 (10 innings)

Ragira homered for the fifth time in his last six games. He now has 17 HR this year. He reached base three times, as did his teammates Delfino and Turner.
Lujan had a very strong start, facing just three batters over the minimum in 7.0 scoreless IP. He improved his ERA to 3.72.

Augusta: RP Luis Castillo: 2.0 IP, 2 K
Ortiz was the lone GreenJacket with two hits. He has hit .272 in 41 Sally League games, during which time he also has a 6/5 SB/CS line.
Johnson had one of his best starts this year, bringing his ERA below 5.00. Castillo pitched perfect 8th and 9th innings.

Hitting in the bottom third of the Volcanoes' lineup, Davis and Cole connected for their 3rd and 2nd HRs.
Forjet's quality start helped improve his W-L record to 7-1. He has a 3.21 ERA.

Metzger reached base three times for the rookie Giants. The 24-year-old has an OPS of nearly 1,000 in 64 AB this year.
Reyes, a late round pick this year, made his second start in four pro appearances. This was his longest appearance so far.

Rodriguez hit his 7th and 8th doubles. Picking off three different runners at first base, Bolivar faced just one batter over the minimum in 4.0 scoreless IP. Even with just 4.0 IP, he was credited with the win to improve his W-L record to 7-1.
