Playing his first PCL game in nearly two weeks, Duvall had three hits, including his 11th and 12th doubles.  Also reaching base three times were Noonan and Quiroz.

Richmond: SS Matt Duffy: 2 for 3, HR, BB, SO, SB

Richmond: SP Jack Snodgrass: 7.0 IP, 10 H, 6 R, 6 ER, 0 BB, 6 K

Duffy, the lone Flying Squirrel to reach base twice today, hit his 3rd HR and had his 19th SB.

After allowing 1 ER in the 1st inning and 5 ER in the 3rd inning--for a season-high 6 ER--Snodgrass still managed to finish strong with four scoreless frames to finish his start.

Kurrasch had 7.0 scoreless IP until allowed 4 ER in the 8th inning (two of which scored after he left the game).  This was just his second time in ten starts allowing more than 2 ER.

Sim was the lone GreenJacket today with two hits.

Diaz had an ineffectual start, allowing over half his batters (12 of 23) to reach base.  His ERA rose to 4.50.  Ramer, a 24-year-old whom the Giants recently signed out the independent Frontier League, had an impressive pro debut, facing just two batters over the minimum in 5.0 scoreless IP in long relief.

Miller has been very hittable through five starts.  He has an ERA over 6.50 and a BAA above .350.
