Saturday's highlight from the Giants' farm: Jarrett Parker homered and doubled.  Also notable, Andrew Susac had three hits while reaching base four times.

AAA: Fresno defeated Round Rock 4-3 (12 innings)

Susac's three hits, including his 7th double, paced the Grizzlies' thirteen-hit attack.  His performance improved his season line to .275/.375/.466 through 131 AB.  Dominguez led off the 7th inning with his 9th HR.

Pitching on six days rest, Bochy made his second pro start, throwing 63 pitches (44 strikes).  Cordier pitched perfect 8th and 9th innings, bringing his ERA below 4.00.  Hembree struck out all three of his batters for his 14th save.  Hembree's component stats are now 31 H, 9 BB, 3 HR, and 33 K in 28.2 IP.  The Rangers' Feliz, making his 20th PCL appearance this year, had 3 K while pitching perfect 9th and 10th innings.  His component stats are 17 H, 8 BB, 6 HR, and 27 K in 24.2 IP.

AA: Richmond defeated Erie 7-6
(scoring five runs in the 3rd inning)

Parker connected for his 7th HR.  He also hit his 13th double and threw out a runner at the plate.  Duffy and LaTorre each had three hits, including Duffy's 13th and 14th doubles.  After a .323 OBP in April, Duffy enjoyed a .429 OBP in May and so far has a .464 OBP in June.

Mejia had his third straight start allowing 2 ER or less, which has brought his ERA back below 5.50 after thirteen starts.

A+: San Jose lost to Visalia 10-2
(allowing at least three runs in each of the 1st, 6th and 8th innings)

With his 9th double and a walk, Jones was the lone Giant to reach base twice.  He also threw out a runner at the plate.  He currently has a .253 AVG, his highest since his first season four years in the AZL.

Stratton allowed more than 4 ER for just the second time in thirteen starts.  His ERA rose to 4.75.  Blair, whom the Diamondbacks drafted 36th overall a year ago, struck out over one third of his batters (9 of 26) while allowing just a single run.

A-: Augusta lost to Asheville 4-0

With his 3rd double and a single, Raf-Rod had two of the GreenJackets' five hits and raised his AVG to .245.

Gregorio made his second appearance of 3.0 IP since returning from the DL.

Massoni reached base four times.  Pujadas was the only other Volcano with two hits.

After Miller made his second pro start, Knight and Gardeck combined to strike out over half their batters with 7 K in 4.0 perfect IP in relief.

R: Scottsdale had a scheduled off-day

DSL: Gigantes defeated Yankees1 10-2

Dominican: SS Hengerber Medina: 3 for 4, HBP, SB
Dominican: SP Olbis Parra: 5.0 IP, 3 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 1 BB, 6 K--1 HR, 1 WP

After being hitless in his first five games, the 19-year-old Medina broke out with three hits.  Parra made his first start after a couple relief appearances.
