Monday highlights from the Giants' farm: Christian Jones had 6.0 scoreless IP, and Ricky Oropesa and Mitch Delfino homered as part of multi-hit games.

AAA: Fresno defeated Reno 6-4
(scoring three runs in both 2nd and 6th innings)

With three singles, Panik led the Grizzlies' ten-hit attack and raised his AVG to .288.  Colvin's 4th double was the Grizzlies' lone XBH.

Berken delivered his third straight quality start.  He also had a season-high 6 K.  Cordier had 2 K in a perfect 7th inning.  The Diamondbacks' Bradley may be the top pitching prospect in the minors.  Making his fourth start tonight, he had a season-high 8 K in a season-low 4.0 IP.

AA: Richmond lost to Reading 7-3

Batting leadoff, Graham reached base four times and gathered his 11th SB.  Oropesa, playing defensively on the opposite side of the diamond from his customary position, homered and singled.  Joseph, whom the Giants traded to the Phillies for Hunter Pence, connected for his 2nd HR.

Marte's third start was his least effect this year as both 5 R and 7 H represented new season highs.  Law had 2 K in a perfect 8th inning.  His component stats so far include 2 H, 2 BB and 11 K in 7.1 IP.

Delfino's 5th HR was a solo shot leading off the 7th inning to score the Giants' first run.  In the 8th inning, Miller connected for his 1st pro HR.  In the 9th inning, Ragira's 2nd HR was a two-run blast to tie the game.

Stratton's fourth start was his shortest this year, raising his ERA to nearly 5.00.  McVay and Okert, the second and fourth of five Giants relievers, combined for 3 K in 3.0 perfect IP.

Among four GreenJackets with two hits each, Jones and Horan had thier 6th and 4th doubles.  Jones' six-game hitting streak has raised his AVG to .258.

Jones followed up the 5.0 no-hit IP in his previous start with 6.0 scoreless IP.  Through three starts his components stats include 7 H, 1 BB and 15 K in 12.0 IP.
