From the folks at Bovada here are various odds related to the World Series between the Giants and Royals, which will be played because Travis Ishikawa hit a walk-off home run to win the pennant:

San Francisco Giants 4-3           9/2
Kansas City Royals 4-0              12/1
Kansas City Royals 4-1              11/2
Kansas City Royals 4-2              4/1
Kansas City Royals 4-3              15/4

Odds to win the 2014 World Series MVP

Pablo Sandoval (SF)                 8/1
Buster Posey (SF)                     17/2
Lorenzo Cain (KC)                     9/1
Eric Hosmer (KC)                      10/1

Brandon Belt (SF)                      15/1
Jake Peavy (SF)                        15/1
Santiago Casilla (SF)                 15/1

Norichika Aoki (KC)                   20/1
Yordano Ventura (KC)                25/1
Brandon Crawford (SF)              25/1

Note that the Giants were underdogs in both 2010 and 2012, so this is just dandy.

Also note that these odds are based in where the money is going, not necessarily in science. That would explain Ishikawa's inclusion on the MVP list over, say, Gregor Blanco or Tim Hudson. People are gonna put money on their heart.

Only 16 to 1, eh? So if I put down $1,000 and Ishikawa wins, I win ~~~**$16,000**~~~.

I mean, I'm not made of stone ...
