Abreu was one of three Grizzlies to reach base twice.
Fleet had his fourth straight quality start for the Grizzlies, but his W-L record nonetheless dropped to 1-5 in nine PCL starts. Pitching with mid-90's velocity according to the stadium scoreboard radar gun, Tobin pitched a perfect 8th inning.

Panik hit his 4th triple and 27th double while reaching base three times. Parker also reached base three times. Among the six Flying Squirrels playing at least 85 games this year, Parker ranks 3rd with a .354 OBP, and Panik 4th with a .337 OBP. The Phillies' Franco hit his 31st HR this year.
Gloor allowed 9 H for the third time in his last four starts. His BAA has risen to .271, and his ERA to 4.03.

Williamson hit his 25th HR, and Duffy his 9th HR this year.
Crick struck out nearly half (11 of 23) his batters while facing just two batters over the minimum in 7.0 scoreless IP. This was his first start this year not issuing a walk. He presumably finished the 2013 season with 10+ K in five of his fourteen starts. For the year, his component stats were 48 H, 39 BB and 95 K in 68.2 IP.

Delfino's second straight three-hit game extended his hitting streak to ten games. In August he has hit .321 with 5 HR. Dozier, whom the Royals drafted eighth overall this year, also had three hits. He has hit .298/.392/.492 through his first 238 pro AB.
Stratton allowed 4+ ER for the sixth time in his 22 starts. He presumably finished his first pro season with a 3.27 ERA in 132.0 IP. McVay pitched a perfect 8th inning.

Jones and McCall each had two of the Volcanoes' nine hits, including their 11th and 14th doubles. After three summers in the DSL, the Cubs' 21-year-old Encarnacion has enjoyed a breakout summer, hitting .368/.443/.574 in 155 NWL AB.
Johnson allowed just 8 ER over his first eight NWL starts but 11 ER over his subsequent and last two NWL starts, finishing with an ERA above 4.00.
