Brown's three hits, including his 26th double, paced the Grizzlies' eleven-hit attack, but his AVG remains below .240. Adrianza had two hits for the third time in five games, raising his AVG to .351 after 57 AB in the PCL. The 41-year-old Ramirez, now in the Rangers' organization had two of the Express' six hits (all singles) and one of their two walks.
For the third time in his last eight starts, Lively allowed just 1 H and 0 ER in 6.0+ IP. Overall, he has a 5.30 ERA this year. Kontos pitched a perfect 9th inning for his 2nd save.

Villalona hit his 20th HR. After just 4 BB in his first 30 games in the upper minors, he walked twice tonight. He has now hit .246/.286/.458 in 118 AB since his promotion.
Westcott came up shy of a quality start. The loss dropped his W-L record to 4-11. The Blue Jays' Drabek made his ninth appearance since returning from Tommy John surgery and faced just two batters over the minimum in 4.0 IP. He threw 50 pitches (30 strikes).
