The last time we saw a Giants pitcher throw a meaningful pitch, it was surprise two-seamer from Sergio Romo to Miguel Cabrera. I think it was popped up or something. Here we are, six months later, ready to start the whole mess over again.

Without looking it up, I'm assuming the players up there are a combined 1-for-145 against Clayton Kershaw, but that one hit was probably a double and an error. If it happens again, a sac fly could give the Giants this game. Dream big. Hey, if Brett Pill could be the margin of victory in a Kershaw game last year ...
