The Giants' Villalona was the lone Scorpion with two hits.  He has hit 4 for 11 in three AFL games.  Parker, who singled and hit a sac fly, combined with Villalona for thee of the Scorpions' four RBIs.  Almora, whom the Cubs drafted sixth overall a year ago, doubled twice and walked.  The nineteen-year-old has eight hits, including five XBH, over his first three AFL games.

The Giants' Law pitched a scoreless 8th inning.  Bedrosian, whom the Angels drafted in the first round three years ago, struck out all three of his batters, including Villalona, in the 5th inning.
