Christian had three of the Grizzlies' seven hits, including his 3rd triple and 21st double. Burriss also reached base three times. He now has 2 XBH in 3 PCL games after having just 1 XBH in 52 NL games.
Hacker's 24th start this year was perhaps his best start of the year. He had a season-high 8 K. He has just four starts with no earned runs this year, and three of those are his last three starts.

Monell had his 1st triple, 17th double and a single, raising his AVG to .234. Perez had his 4th triple and a single.
For the first time in nearly two months, Dunning allowed just 1 ER and had 6.0 IP. Dunning had 2.0 perfect IP.

Panik and Jurica, the Giants' two middle infielders, combined for seven of the Giants' eleven hits. They had their 6th and 5th HRs--two of seven HRs in a game in which the wind was blowing out to LF at 15 mph.
Bradley allowed just three hits, but they were big hits--a two-run HR in the 2nd inning and two solo HRs in the 7th inning. Hembree made his first appearance in over a month with a scoreless 8th inning. Valdez struck out three of his four batters in the 9th inning.

Williamson and Jones were two of three Volcanoes with two hits each. With multiple hits in five of his last seven games, Williamson has an AVG above .300 through his first 61 NWL AB.
Biagini had one of his better starts, getting his NWL ERA below 4.00. He began the game with 5.0 scoreless IP but did not retire either batter faced in the 6th inning.

Hollick drew one of four walks for the rookie Giants who were no hit but did score an unearned run.
Making a second rehab start on two days rest, Burres faced the minimum in 3.0 scoreless IP.

Astacio (18.10 y.o.) reached base in all four plate appearances but also committed his 15th error (in 48 games). Guzman (19.3 y.o.) made his ninth start among thirteen appearances and allowed just 1 ER to get his ERA below 4.50.
