Tuesday highlights from the Giants' farm: Edgar Gonzalez homered among three hits, and Charlie Culberson had three XBH.

AAA: Fresno lost to Reno 16-4

Gonzalez had three hits, including his 8th HR and 17th double.  Christian also reached base three times.  May, who began the year in the Royals organization before joining the Diamondbacks organization, had his 7th HR and 10th double while reaching base four times.

Loux had his least effective start in some time.  The 8 ER raised his ERA to 4.82.  After appearances by four Grizzlies relievers, LaTorre made his second pitching appearance of the year.

AA: Richmond defeated New Britain 7-5

Culberson had his 21st, 22nd, and 23rd doubles, raising his XBH/H ratio above 30%.  Schoop also had three hits, but his AVG remains below .200.  Peguero, who had just two strikeouts in his last five games, had the oh-fer with the hat trick.

Rodriguez, who had started just one game in the past three years, had his first start of the year.  Hembree had his 7th save, although he did allow both inherited runners to score.

A+: San Jose had a scheduled off-day

ssA: Salem-Keizer defeated Everett 4-3

Murray reached base in all four plate appearances, with his three hits raising his AVG to .419.  Cutspec had his 5th HR.

Making his seventh start, Allen had first quality start and got his first win.  McCormick had 1.1 perfect IP for his 2nd save.

R: Scottsdale had its regular off-day (every fifth day)

DSL: Giants defeated Marlins 5-0 (7 innings) in game 1

Dominican: SS-2B Shurendell Mujica: 2 for 2
Dominican: SP Enmanuel De Jesus: 5.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 4 BB, 7 K--2 HB, 2 PO

Mujica (20.3 y.o.) singled in both plate appearances to raise his AVG to .222.  De Jesus (17.6 y.o.) had his third straight very effective start as he has just 1 ER and 26 K over those three starts.
