I was right about Matheny, too. All you stat geeks just hated the Matheny signing. "Oooh, boo hoo, he can't hit, and he's getting old." Yeah, and I was like all, "Hey, this guy is a leader. And he's clutch. Try measuring that in your graphing calculator, nerds." We'll see how the last two years play out, but I win round one.
