My original title for today's post was, "Return of the King". On my lunch, I saw this was the headline on the front page of the Chronicle. I had forgotten I had changed the title, and thought my unoriginality was flapping in the breeze for all to see. "It was a stupid headline to begin with," I thought. "Gaarararhghghgghgh. Damn." I also thought.
I hate having to come up with titles. From now on, they're all going to be non sequiturs. If Mike Matheny makes an error to cost the Giants the game, I'm going to title the post, "Casablanca!". If Kirk Rueter comes back as a coach, I'll put "2+2=...French Bread?!?!"
