Alex Sanchez: What you get when Vince Coleman and Venus De Milo have a child. It was a pretty amazing play he turned in yesterday, though. As he was racing in the ball took a weird carom, and Sanchez dropped his glove. In one fluid motion, however, he caught the ball with his right hand, and tried to nail the runner at home. It wasn't a close play, but to throw that far with your non-throwing arm is impressive.
At least, that's what I have to tell myself to maintain. Because if those throws weren't with his non-throwing arm, it would make me wonder if Sanchez is a decent major league outfielder at all.
