Kirk Rueter, our #2 starter (wink wink), takes on Odalis Perez. Perez would have looked much nicer in a Nationals uniform, and the Dodgers made a shrewd move bringing him back. With the contracts given to Kris Benson, Jaret Wright, and Carl Pavano, it seems like Perez settled for the "sustained history of success and potential for improvement" discount in comparison.
