Armando Benitez down 20 pounds
According to Will Carroll. That's nice to hear. Just 20 more to go, 'Mando.

Re: Armando Benitez down 20 pounds
Benitez, who is a major league pitcher for the San Francisco Giants, engaged in a friendly competition with pub customer Tatum Higgins, and wagered 20 pounds over who could eat more baskets of fish and chips. Benitez appeared to be the victor after downing his 32nd basket, but was disqualified under local rules when it was discovered he ate two sticks of butter prior to the start of the contest.
"Apparently, that's a no-no here," Benitez said. "They say it helps you get the food down easier, but I'd eaten the butter before I even knew there'd be a competition. It's all in good fun, though."
