Giants "maybe" offer Morris a 3 year deal
Mostly speculation but Rotoworld just posted that...
"Matt Morris has received a three-year offer from a National League team that's not the Cardinals.
Agent Barry Axelrod said that, in addition to that team and the Cardinals, Morris has received interest from the Mariners, Orioles, Giants, Tigers and Rangers. We would have guessed that the Giants were the ones making the offer, but if it's not them, perhaps it's one of the NL West teams. "
I would have to figure that this is a offer from the Giants. Morris makes sense because the Giants simpley cannot afford AJ Burnett or Millwood. More news to follow!

Re: If...
Thanks for the guffaw!
Say, speaking of when picking, does anyone know how they order the supplemental picks? I'm guessing by record which would push the Giants towards the front, though ideally for us it would be in chronological order, making the Giants the 31st pick right now.

For what it's worth...
I can't vouch for his credibility, but it sounded reasonable.
