AAA: Fresno lost to Salt Lake 10-6

Ishikawa has been an on-base machine. In ten games since joining the Grizzlies, he has an OBP close to .550. Minicozzi also reached base three times, playing in his first PCL game since the first week of the season. Navarro, back in the PCL after a couple weeks in the majors with the Angels, homered while reaching base in all five plate appearances.
Berken had his least effective start this year, allowing a season-high 6 R. After a 2.48 ERA in five April starts, he has a 5.46 ERA through five May starts.
AA: Richmond lost to Trenton 4-2
(allowing two runs in both the 7th and 9th innings)
Richmond: DH Angel Villalona: 1 for 4, HR, SO
Richmond: SP Jack Snodgrass: 6.1 IP, 6 H, 2 R, 2 ER, 0 BB, 1 K
Villalona hit a two-run HR in the 2nd inning, scoring both of the Flying Squirrels' runs. His 4th HR was one of just four hits for the Squirrels.
Snodgrass began the game with 6.0 scoreless IP before allowing 2 ER in the 7th inning. This was his start completing six full innings this year, and just the second time he has allowed more than 1 ER.

Kurrasch has allowed 1 ER or less in three of his four starts since joining the Giants' rotation. Making his second appearance, Strickland struck out all three batters in a perfect 7th inning. Okert had 2 K in a perfect 9th inning for his 12th save.

The GreenJackets got four big flies, one each over four consecutive innings. In the 5th inning, Polonius connected for his 2nd HR; then in the 6th inning, Ross for his 1st HR; in the 7th inning, Jones for his 4th HR; and finally in the 8th inning, Horan for his 4th HR.
Jones had a relatively short start with a season-high 3 BB. But he did not allow a run, improving his ERA to 2.58.
