Given the level of talent and on-field success that the San Jose Giants had in 2013 (mostly on the pitching side), it should come as little surprise that the Richmond OD roster will almost certainly be the most talent-laden and exciting roster in the farm system - depending on who, if anybody, gets skipped a league and no unforeseen injuries during the upcoming ST. The starting pitching rotation and the bullpen should both be one of the best, if not the best, units in the entire Eastern League, but the hitters will likely be only in the 2nd half of the league and will need to show a lot of progress and development in what is a very challenging offensive environment even to end up near the middle of the pack.
The active roster limit in AA is only 24 players, so keep your list to that limit. If you want to include an "extended roster/taxi squad" item with players that you think will populate the remaining Reserve List spots in your predictions then you can include up to 13 other players (the Active + Reserve List limit for AA is 37 - which also includes all players on the 7-Day DL). The Giants most often go with a 5 man starting pitching rotation in Richmond, although you can make it 6 if that's your prediction. Add in the 9 starting position players (including the DH - who often gets a few starts in the field during a given week) and a minimum 2 man bench (backup catcher + super utility man) and that brings you to 16 players. Then you have to decide if you want an 8 man bullpen or a 7 man pen + a 3rd bench player.
Here's a template that you can cut & paste to use for your own predictions (add or subtract an SP or RP to fit your needs):
