Aha!
First of all, the problem with the folks who don’t want Brian Wilson back is that they fancy themselves as dice men. How dare you. Don’t you remember that’s what befell Scott Rolen in the playoffs last year? A dice man he was not, and his bumble-and-toss doomed him and pushed us to the top.
When you make a choice, it cannot almost always be a repeat of a passive aggressive double negative about why you need to improve something. Mark my letters, Wilson will be back for us this season; the Giants will go on a rip-roaring winning streak; we will win the division; another improbable World Series win will almost assuredly upset those who will not be blamed for nothing. They can see it, I can see it. Will you see what you refuse to only accept to deny? Of course, I know who I am and my limitations. But, as the weather cools, and Halloween approaches, we’ll remember these times of panic and take comfort in the fact that Halloween made all of our childhoods bearable and we will all be making merry this fall and throughout the Winter.
If you all would simply join me in my anti-journey, orange and black will permeate late October even more than many team fanatics are accustomed to. We'll all be joyous, just trust me.
