Sunday highlight from the Giants' farm: Mitch Lively had 7.0 scoreless IP.

AAA: Fresno lost to Sacramento 2-1 (10 innings)
(with the game's only runs scored in the 10th inning)

Fresno: SS Ehire Adrianza: 1 for 2, 2 BB

Fresno: SP Mitch Lively: 7.0 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 3 BB, 7 K
Sacramento: SP Dan Straily: 7.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 2 BB, 7 K--1 IBB

With his 5th triple and a single, Perez was the lone Grizzly with two hits. Adrianza reached base three times. He has a .450 OBP through his first five PCL games.

Lively faced just three batters over the minimum in 7.0 scoreless IP. This was the second time in eleven starts he has allowed just 1 H in 6.0+ IP. The Athletics' Straily matched Lively with 7.0 scoreless IP.

AA: Richmond lost to Bowie 7-2

Richmond: 3B Adam Duvall: 2 for 4, 3B, SO
Richmond: DH Mark Minicozzi: 1 for 2, HR, BB, SF

Richmond: SP Jack Snodgrass: 6.0 IP, 3 H, 3 R, 2 ER, 3 BB, 4 K--1 HR, 1 HB, 1 E

Minicozzi hit his 8th HR. With his 4th triple and a single, Duvall was one of two Flying Squirrels with two hits. Though 232 AB he has hit .250/.316/.448.

After allowing 3 R in the 1st inning, Snodgrass followed up with five scoreless frames to finish with just his second quality start in his last six starts.

A+: San Jose lost to Lake Elsinore 14-9
(allowing seven runs in the 2nd inning and five runs in the 4th inning)

San Jose: SP Austin Fleet: 1.1 IP, 6 H, 7 R, 7 ER, 1 BB, 2 K--1 HB
San Jose: RP Danny Sandbrink: 2.2 IP, 6 H, 5 R, 5 ER, 1 BB, 4 K

Bond, who hit his 10th and 11th doubles, and Oropesa both reached base three times.

Fleet retired just four of his fourteen batters, and Sandbrink was not much more effective in long relief. They combined to allowed 12 ER in 4.0 IP.

A-: Augusta lost to Charleston 5-4

Augusta: SS Matt Duffy: 3 for 4, 3B

Augusta: SP Justin Schumer: 6.2 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, 4 K--3 HR, 1 BK

Duffy had three hits, including his 3rd triple. He has hit .310/.408/.433 through 261 AB.

Schumer allowed more than 2 ER for just the second time in his last seven starts.

ssA: Salem-Keizer lost to Spokane 8-4

Salem-Keizer: SP Reyes Moronta: 3.0 IP, 7 H, 5 R, 4 ER, 1 BB, 3 K

Batting leadoff, Bednar was the lone Volcano with two hits, raising his AVG to .284.

In his sixth start, Moronta allowed a season-high 7 H as nearly half (8 of 18) his batters reached base.

R: Scottsdale had a scheduled off-day

Dominican: LF Carlos Valdez: 2 for 5, HR, SO, SB
Dominican: SP Raffi Vizcaino: 6.0 IP, 3 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 1 BB, 2 K--1 E

Valdez (19.0 y.o) hit his 2nd HR. He hit 4 HRs last summer. Vizcaino's (18.7 y.o.) seventh start was his first without allowing a run.

Dominican: SP Eber Guzman: 6.0 IP, 6 H, 1 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 7 K--1 HB, 5 WP, 1 BK

Astacio (19.9 y.o.) reached base three times, snapping an eight-game hitless streak and raising his OBP back above .300. Guzman (20.3 y.o.), despite five wild pitches, managed not to allow an earned run.
