With two hits each, Bond and Ciriaco combined for four of the Grizzlies' eight hits, including Ciriaco's 4th HR and Bond's 14th double.
Bonser had a solid start, facing just three batters of the minimum in 5.0 IP. He allowed a solo HR in the 1st inning and threw 72 pitches (43 strikes).. Bauer, who made four starts for the Diamondbacks earlier this summer, had 9 K in a quality start.
AA: Richmond lost to Bowie 9-3

With two hits each, Minicozzi and Mayora combined for four of the Flying Squirrels' eight hits, including Minicozzi's 7th HR and Mayora's 23rd double.
Westcott had his shortest start of the year. He had completed at least five innings in every starts since he had 4.1 IP in his first start. He had allowed just 4 HR in his previous 25 starts but allowed 2 HR today as his ERA rose above 4.00 for the first time since the start of June.
A+: San Jose defeated Visalia 2-1 (10 innings)
San Jose: 1B Ricky Oropesa: 2 for 4, 2B, SO
San Jose: SP Kelvin Marte: 6.0 IP, 4 H, 0 R, 0 ER, 0 BB, 3 K
Oropesa had two of the GIants' four hits, including his 28th double.
Marte faced just three batters over the minimum in his second straight start with 6.0 scoreless IP.

Buechele homered for the second straight day, giving him 3 HR in 65 games this year. Krill had another multiple-hit game, raising his AVG to .298.
Crick had another excellent start, despite allowing more than 3 H for just the second time in his last dozen starts. The 9 K were his third highest strikeout total this year. With just 4 ER over his last seven starts, his ERA is down to 2.30.

Harris had two of the GreenJackets' six hits. Swihart, whom the Red Sox drafted 26th overall a year ago, has had an uninspiring pro debut hitting just .260/.300/.405 through 311 AB, but this game ended dramatically when Swihart connected for a walk-off, three-run HR with two outs in the bottom of the 7th inning.
Davis allowed just a run through five innings but retired just one of four batters in the 6th inning.

Williamson's 7th NWL HR was one of just four hits for the Volcanoes and scored two insurance runs in the 9th inning. Drawing the Volcanoes' only walk, Jones reached base twice. With a BB/AB ratio over 0.15 (in the NWL), Jones has an OBP just shy of .350.
Biagini faced just four batters over the minimum in 6.0 IP. The 8 K were the most over his last eight starts.
R: Giants defeated Angels 7-3

Scottsdale: SP Jose Reyes: 2.0 IP, 2 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 0 BB 3 K--1 HB
Houck reached base three times for the rookie Giants, with his two singles raising his AVG to .299.
Reyes made his seventh start in fourteen appearances. It was essentially a spot start in a bullpen game as he was pitching on one day's rest and was followed by seven relievers who each pitched an inning.

Dominican: SP Keury Mella: 5.0 IP, 4 H, 1 R, 1 ER, 3 BB, 9 K--1 HB, 2 WP
Rodriguez (19.10 y.o.) reached base three times, raising his OPS just above .600. Mella (19.0 y.o.) had 9 K in presumably his final start of the season. He finished his first pro season with 59 H, 28 BB and 75 K in 69.1 IP.
