Cobb and Jeremy Hellickson are so similar that one would swear they are at least long-lost cousins. The start of their deliveries is nearly identical, both are stoic on the mound whether pitching a shutout or giving up five runs in an inning, and both use excellent changeups and fastball command to achieve results that belie their youth. Cobb's successful 2011 season was cut short by a circulatory issue in his upper arm that necessitated the removal of one of his ribs. The surgery was successful, equipping him to vie with eight other pitchers for the five spots in the pitching rotation.

PECOTA... how does that sneaky computer do it?
