So Giants fans have been talking about how we need to replicate the 2010 World Series run by making mid season acquisitions in the bullpen and cheap power off the bench in guys like Pat Burrell.

Well, who knows where the bullpen is available. Chris Perez would be awesome, but I doubt he is available. Maybe the Giants can scour the Cubs system.

Anyway, we got Burrell because the Rays DFA'd him, after he under performed with them. And now the Rays put Hideki Matsui in the basically the same position...
