A question came up in the PGT regarding adoptions and whether ones made outside the yearly draft were legitimate or whether it's a once yearly event that can't just be done all will-nilly. So I put it to you, the McCoven (As well as the lurkers, n00bs and even Puppy-D. Hi lurkers! Feel free to vote, but only if you agree with me!): What say you regarding this anarchic phenomenon?
