Due to some specific requests, I have opened this fanpost just for election day. As with the prior fanpost, this is where discussions regarding the elections and related topic should remain as to avoid tainting baseball with politics.

We all know that political and policy discussions can get pretty heated so I would like everyone to be courtesy and cordial. Please no personal attacks so that we can have a lively debate without people feeling attacked. If this fanpost starts going south, I will delete it (psuedo-mod powers!).

ELECTION DAY IS HERE! This is like the game 7 of the World Series, Super Bowl, the BCS Bowl or whatever Championship Series you like for politics. Obviously, the top of the ticket presidential race gets a lot of publicity but there are a lot of down ballot issues, such as propositions and Congressional races, that are also important. This thread will be up until about 3 p.m. and I will open a new thread for people to discuss the returns.

Also, go vote! Regardless of who you are voting for and where you stand, voting is the fundamental right that affect all the other rights.
