Sunday was a really slim pickings for us Giant fans,with the only game in the DWL being rained out and Ehire Adrianza riding the pines down in Venezuela. The day's highlight belongs to the 2 relievers pitching in the VWL. Both Jean Machi and Mitch Lively recorded 2 Ks and 0 BBs in thieir short relief stints - with Machi facing the 3 batter minimum and Lively getting 5 of the 6 hitters he faced out. Johnny Monell continued to play the majority of his games as the DH down in Puerto Rico. He did manage to reach base in 2 of his 4 PAs, though he came up hitless on the day.
